"Tabata Tuesday"
Equipment Version
On a 15-minute running clock, for max reps:
5 rounds of:
• 20 seconds of Lunges, rest 10 seconds
• 20 seconds of Plank Hold, rest 10 seconds
(alternate between the 2 movements for a Total of 5:00)
Then,
5 rounds of:
• 20 seconds of Hang DB Snatches rest 10 seconds
• 20 seconds of Pull ups or DB Rows , rest 10 seconds
Then,
5 rounds of of:
• 20 seconds of Alt DB Hang Clean & Jerk rest 10 seconds
• 20 seconds of bottom to bottom Squats (during the 10 second "rest" you will hold in the bottom of a squat)
No Equipment Version
On a 15-minute running clock, for max reps:
5 rounds of:
• 20 seconds of Lunges, rest 10 seconds
• 20 seconds of Plank Hold, rest 10 seconds

5 rounds of:
• 20 seconds of Burpees rest 10 seconds
• 20 seconds of Push ups , rest 10 seconds
Then,
5 rounds of of:
• 20 seconds of Jumping Jacks rest 10 seconds
• 20 seconds of bottom to bottom Squats (during the 10 second "rest" you will hold in the bottom of a squat)

- Band Pull aparts (or chest flys)
- Hollow Rocks or Hollow Holds
