We are a sister location to crossFit Untamed in Hazel Dell. We have been in the business for over 10 years and have experience working with fitness levels, shapes & sizes.

Fitness Classes

What We’re All About

Located in Woodland Washington, Untamed North caters to all levels of fitness. 

Whether your goal is lose weight, get healthy, try something new or be competitive in a sport  we can help you achieve anything you are after.

Classes are an hour long and led by a coach. Our program is constantly varied so you will never get bored, or plateau.

Workouts are challenging, but fun, and can be scaled or modified to fit all levels and limitations.

 You will always have new challenges and goals to work towards.

Membership Options

We offer a Variety of Membership options to provide what suits you best.

We have unlimited memberships, 2, 3, 4 day a week Options, as well as punch cards and weekly drop in rates for those who travel. 

All options range in price, and depend on which option you choose. The best way to find a membership right for you is give us a call so we can learn more about you and your needs. 

You can schedule a complimentary one-on-one intro session with a coach or attend one of our regular classes. 


Small Group Classes

Our small group classes meet daily. 

You will get the guidance and knowledge of a coach combined with the energy and fun of working with others. 

Private Training

If Group classes aren't really your thing, or you have very specific training needs or limitations, we also offer Personal Training. Sessions range from 30-60 minutes, and are made by appointment only. 
We also offer Email coaching for those who have a home gym, or travel too often to have a full time membership.
